Use Cases & Examples

A list of use cases for MOPAC, with at least one example of each use case.

For each use case, provide a condensed glossary of relevant keywords, with descriptions adapted to their specific utility for a given use case, if appropriate.

Try to highlight different ways of performing the same task (e.g. GUIs & Python interface).

Once the Python interface is implemented, provide Jupyter Notebook examples of supported use cases.
